Q - Does Your Price Include set up and delivery?
A – Yes. We offer free delivery and set up for all customers in the Brandon Area. Outside of Brandon we do charge per KM
Q - How far do we travel?
A – Tag Em Entertainment will travel as far as we need to make your event special! We do have to charge some travels fees.
Q - Does the standard 4 hour rental time include your set up time?
A – No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
Q - We’ve rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past, Are they always that dirty?
A – No. The inflatables should be clean for your event rental. Tag Em Entertainment cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q - I need power, Can you supply that?
A – If you want to set up at a park or another location that doesn’t have power, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.
Q - What if we need to cancel?
A – A deposit is required to hold the available product of your choice. If you cancel prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. If a cancelation is made less than 48 hrs from rental time all deposits and payments will be forfeited. In the event that cancellation is necessary please contact the office immediately at 204.720.7569. During uncertain weather conditions, if the customer agrees to keep the unit for the term of the rental agreement and it begins to rain and storm AFTER unit is delivered, there will be NO refunds, rain checks, or concessions. There will also be no refunds if we have to remove a rental piece or shut down an event early in case of unsafe conditions, including but not limited to inclement weather.
